Welcome to a community built by people who understand the realities of the show floor. To keep this space valuable for everyone, here are a few simple expectations to follow:

This is a working community. When someone asks for help, show up if you can. Share insights, offer solutions, and point people in the right direction.

Communicate in a direct and professional way. Disagreements can happen, but respect always comes first.

Many members are working live events. If you see a request for urgent help and can assist, jump in. Small actions can solve big problems.

Your experience is valuable. Whether it is pricing, operations, logistics, or lessons learned, your input helps raise the standard across the industry.

Do not share sensitive business information, client details, or anything that could harm another member or organization.

Keep posts focused on the trade show industry and the real challenges members face. This keeps the space useful and easy to navigate.

🚫 No spam or self-promotion without value

If you are promoting a service or product, make sure it is helpful and relevant. Lead with value, not sales.

The more you participate, the stronger this community becomes. Even small contributions make a difference over time.

This space works because of the people in it. Keep it practical, keep it helpful, and keep it moving forward.
